There is a new school opening in Panama City and enrollment is happening now for September 2012. The school is called The Boston School and serves Pre-k through 9th grade.
Here is an excerpt from the Boston School Website describing the offering. There is an explosion going on of younger people with kids coming to Panama so the call for new English speaking schools is growing.
Boston School is located in the area known as Balboa in Panama City, near the Port of Balboa and the Panama Canal Administration Building. Placed in a privileged area surrounded by beautiful parks, theaters and buildings with lovely immaculately maintained Pre-World War II architecture. This area was developed by the U.S. Government for the Management of the Canal known then and until recently as “the Panama Canal Zone”. The Balboa Theatre is our next door neighbor which is now used for special events and is placed at our disposal.
The School is perfectly located to allow easy access from all parts of Panama City and close to all major routes.

SPORTS FACILITIES
Boston School has an agreement with the Panama Canal Authority for the use of sports facilities such as an Olympic size swimming pool, regulation size basketball courts and gyms, fields for baseball, soccer, football and track, tennis and volleyball courts, etc. Our Physical Education programs are developed in these comprehensive facilities which are perfectly located across from our main building.
