Tuesday is card playing day and we had a good 10 players tonight. But a more important topic has continued and that is the Ngäbe-Buglé protesting going on here in Panama. Today was like day 10 of the protests and the protests have moved from the western province of the country towards Panama City. More roadblocks are popping up and travel is becoming interesting at best since we only have one main road.
This is a legitimate, yet inconvenient protest but you must stand up for your rights, which the Ngäbe-Buglé are doing and now they are getting other groups to stand with them.
Best thing to do is to stay off the main highway if you do not need to go anywhere.
