Today we were back to normal, whatever that is. Here in Panama for us, normal is a nice stroll along the beach forever. We live in the area called Playa Coronado and we usually walk to the Playa Gorgona. BUT today we had a specific mission, we were meeting someone that is looking to sell their ocean view property (which is only steps to the beach). This guy has a 2 bedroom, 1 bath fully furnished for only $114,900. It also has been a great rental property for him which creates great cash flow. I know this blog sounds like an advertisement, but hey what the heck, everyone everyday sells something to someone, we call that commerce.
Drinks and lunch this afternoon with one of our Panamanian friends, then sitting under the Bohio having a homemade drink of Coconut Water (fresh from the coconut not SOBE), Rum, Fresh cut Pineapple and a limon (yes I said limon, an interesting fruit that starts off green like a lime and tastes like a lime, but then WAIT, it turns yellow and then starts to taste like a lemon) go figure.
