Each Province is represented and described, each section of the city points out various interests. The Focus Panama booklet is a handy reference guide to what is Panama, learn a little history while you read.

The Focus Book only comes out twice a year and the latest edition has just hit the streets. You can pick these up at most hotels, just ask at the front desks. They have both English and Spanish versions.
