We have arrived back to our beach home after three weeks of living in the city. The city is great but the peace and quiet of the beach community is unrivaled. We arrived back home about 10pm last night, and today we quickly slipped back into our beach community routine.
Here's an important factoid for Tourists and Panamanians alike: There is a 24 hour help line available for all kinds of needs, just dial 311 and you will be connected countrywide to make or report an incident any time of day, any time of year. The hotline is here to report things you see throughout the country to the government to help make life better for all of us here in Panama.
Also, Panama offers all Tourists that enter the country through Tocumen Airport 30 day health insurance in case of illness or accident while visiting.
